By accessing or using Vurse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes.
Vurse grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for personal career development purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use automated tools to access the platform without our written consent.
Vurse uses artificial intelligence to help generate and optimise CV content. AI-generated suggestions are provided as a starting point and may not always be accurate or suitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before submitting it to employers.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Vurse is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
