We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and CV content when you register and use Vurse. We also collect usage data automatically, including pages visited and features used, to help us improve the service.
We use your information to provide and personalise the Vurse service, process payments, and send you product updates. Your CV content is used solely to generate AI-powered suggestions on your behalf and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted within the EU. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS and data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. We apply access controls to ensure only authorised personnel can access stored data.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons.
